For experienced captains, engineers and aviation professionals who still want to make a difference. We are building a carefully selected international network to support aircraft repositioning, ferry-flight coordination and complex aircraft movement projects worldwide.
We are not looking for volume. Our network is designed for senior captains, first officers, aircraft engineers, technical specialists, flight planners and operational professionals who have spent their careers in serious aviation environments — and who still want to contribute to meaningful missions.
EUREPO works with aviation professionals who bring calm judgement, operational discipline, strong communication skills and the ability to work professionally with owners, lessors, banks, operators, CAMO representatives, engineers and service providers.
Every mission is different. Some involve narrow-body aircraft moving between operators or maintenance facilities; others involve widebody aircraft, cross-border lease transitions, storage exits, repossession movements or technically complex ferry missions. That is why we value people who understand real-world aviation — not only from manuals, but from a lifetime of practical experience.
We are particularly interested in people with experience from major airlines, widebody or narrow-body operations, international route structures, technical ferry flights, lease transitions, aircraft delivery, storage exit, MRO positioning and cross-border aircraft movements.
This is not ordinary recruitment. It is a professional network for people who understand the responsibility of moving valuable aircraft assets around the world.
If you are an experienced captain, engineer, flight planner or aviation specialist and believe your background fits the EUREPO standard, we invite you to register your interest.
A senior member of the EUREPO team will review your profile and contact you if your background matches our operational requirements. All registrations are handled with strict confidentiality.
